Is there a warranty on the lights? How to deal with problems?

All our lamps come with a 5-year warranty. If there is a non-human fault during the warranty period, we will replace or reissue spare parts free of charge and provide technical support.

Can you provide the best led lighting for workshop?

Of course, traditionally, workshops should be large high-ceiling environments, so our high bay lights are the best. If you are in other environments, such as high temperature, humidity, low bay, high color rendering, etc., we also have the best lighting solutions.

Residential lighting: Technically, it adopts medium-low light efficiency (80-100 lm/W) and medium brightness (300-3000 lumens), with warm white light (2700K-4000K) as the main color temperature, and the color rendering index (CRI≥80) meets the daily color reproduction. The structural design is light and simple, usually with a plastic shell and a simple heat sink, and the protection level only needs IP20 (basic dustproof), and the service life is about 25,000-40,000 hours.

Commercial lighting: With medium to high light efficacy (120–150 lm/W) and high lumen (5000 – 10000 lumens), the key advantages are high color rendering index (CRI ≥ 90) and flexible color temperature (2700K–6500K adjustable), ensuring the true presentation of environmental colors. The structure uses aluminum heat dissipation and optimized optical lenses, and the protection level is increased to IP20–IP44 (dust and splash proof), with a service life of more than 50,000 hours. The intelligent system is highly integrated, with DALI/0–10V dimming, human/light sensors as standard, and strict anti-glare to reduce personnel fatigue.

Industrial lighting: Industrial LEDs represent the ultimate in performance and durability. The light efficiency reaches 130–200 lm/W, the brightness can reach 10,000–100,000+ lumens, the color temperature is mainly high-alert cool white light (5000K–6500K), and the CRI ≥ 70 (≥ 80 in key areas). The structural design is a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum housing + heat sink fins, with a protection level of IP65/IP66+ (anti-high-pressure water/dust), and a lifespan of even 100,000 hours. The core technology is extreme environmental tolerance: the operating temperature spans -40°C to 75°C, and has a built-in anti-vibration and anti-chemical corrosion (oil/acid and alkali) coating.
