WARRANTY FOR LEDRHYTHM® LED LIGHTING FIXTURES

Scope of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to all LED lighting products manufactured and supplied by our company. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal and appropriate installation, use, and maintenance conditions. Warranty will repairing or replacing of products, which may be proved to be defective or affected by any production vice at supplier unobjectionable judgment.

Warranty Period

Subject to the provisions as set forth in the Warranty Terms and Conditions and as set forthhereunder, Purchaser receives a standard 5 years warranty. Longer warranty period is optional(Some special Products are offered with different warranty period. Purchaser shall contactwith salesman). The warranty period starts from delivery date. Any special warranty periodshall be stated in sales agreement.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the warranty covers the following components and functions:

  • LED drivers and power modules
  • LED chips and light source modules
  • Optical lens, diffuser, and anti-glare components
  • Housing, sealing structure, and waterproof integrity
  • Electrical performance including surge protection, insulation safety, and stable output

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to failures or damages caused by. If the damage is caused by below factors, LEDRHYTHM has the right to charge maintenance cost:

  • The product is out of validity date of guarantee. 
  • Improper installation, wiring or use of incompatible control systems, or repairing the products inappropriately. 
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or use of non-original spare parts
  • Corrosion or damage caused by chemical exposure or special environments without prior declaration
  • The damage due to force majeure, such as war, riots, sabotage, cyclones, earthquakes, tidal waves, flooding, lighting strikes, explosions, fire, flood, etc.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty validity, the customer shall:

  • Ensure installation follows official installation guidelines and electrical standards
  • Retain original purchase documents (invoice/proof of delivery)
  • Provide accurate failure information during a claim, including model, quantity, batch number, and visual evidence

Warranty Claim Procedure

  1. Customer submits warranty request with required documentation
  2. Technical department evaluates the failure within a reasonable response time
  3. Replacement parts or fixture will be provided based on evaluation result
  4. Manufacturer may request return of defective items for analysis

Replacement & Repair Terms

  • Replacement components or luminaires will be provided free of charge during the warranty period
  • Replacements may be functionally equivalent but not necessarily identical in appearance due to product iteration
  • Warranty does not cover labor cost, on-site service cost, or external equipment cost unless otherwise agreed

Manufacturer shall not be held liable for delays or service limitations caused by uncontrollable external factors. Custom warranty terms may apply for special engineering projects. For large-scale installations or government/commercial projects, extended warranty options and spare parts packages can be provided upon request, subject to commercial terms.
